SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern the text message (SMS) programs operated by Twisted Nail Broker Services, LLC and Twisted Nail LLC (“Twisted Nail,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from Twisted Nail, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Our SMS Programs

Twisted Nail operates the following SMS programs:

1. Customer Inquiry & Service Messaging. If you submit your mobile number through a form on our website or in response to an advertisement, you may receive SMS messages related to quote follow-ups, delivery notifications, service offers, and responses to inquiries you submit to us.
2. Dispatch Coordination Messaging (internal). Twisted Nail employees and contracted owner-operators who provide their mobile number during onboarding may receive automated SMS messages containing dispatch order details, order receipt confirmations, assigned dispatch numbers, and operational coordination updates. Enrollment in this program is part of the employment or contractor onboarding process and is documented by a signed consent form. This program is for internal operational coordination only and is not consumer-facing.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by program and activity. For the Dispatch Coordination program, recipients may receive approximately 5 to 50 messages per day depending on dispatch volume. For Customer Inquiry messaging, frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Twisted Nail does not charge for these messages, but your carrier’s standard rates will apply.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of any Twisted Nail SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further messages unless you re-enroll. Dispatch Coordination program recipients may also opt out by request to their dispatcher and are automatically removed from the program upon termination of employment or contract.

Privacy

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
