Twisted Nail was selected to provide hauling and logistics support for a county road resurfacing and restructuring project in Jarrell, TX. The job required steady, flexible delivery of State Spec Base sourced from 151 Aggregates, with scheduling adjusted around long breaks and changing site activity. Our team’s ability to quickly restart operations and maintain consistent service made this a strong example of long-term project adaptability.
The Jarrell Project began in April 2025 and remains ongoing, involving approximately 10,000 tons of State Spec Base. Deliveries are made using belly dumps at a pace of 30–50 loads per day, typically running 2–3 days each week. The project experienced a six-month pause midway through the schedule, after which Twisted Nail was called back to resume hauling once site work restarted.
Our flexible dispatching and coordination allowed the project to transition smoothly through start, pause, and restart phases without disruption to material supply or delivery quality. Twisted Nail’s continued role on the project underscores our ability to adapt to fluctuating schedules and maintain reliability over extended timelines.
